Baseball

Rain played a major factor on the diamond this week, but it related more to inactivity than anything else. Northing changed at the top with Millard North holding a slight edge over Millard West. Some observers would reverse my top two, but after the Wildcats defeated the Mustangs by one run, they fell to Omaha Central and Burke.Prep's loss to Lincoln Northeast enabled Elkhorn to move up to 3rd. District tournametn play starts later this week. With the inactivity this week, pitching may play a prominent role.All in all, it's going to make for an interesting post season. Comments, anyone?
