Windows Media Player Support
Launch the Player, Click "Help" on the far right hand side of the player, Select Help Topics, Select Troubleshooting. Many of the most common problems and solutions can be found within the player help file itself.
Here's What You'll Need to Listen to the Broadcast
You will need to have at least a 14.4Kbps Internet Connection (modem or dedicated line)
You will need to download Windows Media Player - Get It Here
(the download process will require you to give a location [path and filename] on your system where the file is to be saved [easiest is to save to DeskTop], after the file is downloaded you will need to execute the file at that location)
After the file has been downloaded, you will need to execute that file to install the player on your system.
You may want to exit and restart your browser at this time (may not be necessary depending on system.)
Make sure your sound card is working properly, by testing against a sound file.
