TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE FOR CORNHUSKER SHOOTING STARS SUMMER TOUR!!! The Cornhusker Shooting Stars girls basketball program continues the strong tradition of girls basketball dominance as both the Bison Select and Judd Brothers Select teams will set out on a voyage across the country this summer. Both teams consist of some of the state's top girls basketball prospects. The Bison squad consists of Nicki Bober of Elmwood-Murdock, Amy Gallagher of Neligh-Oakdale, Sarah Hill of Chadron, Charity Iromuanya and Dominique Kelley of Lincoln Northeast, Rachel Isherwood of Lincoln Southwest, Juli Minicz of Waverly, Maggie Schmaderer of Lincoln Pius X, Racheal VanKirk of Sutton, and Tanaeya Worden from Sioux City North, Iowa.

Judds Brothers/Apollo Steel Select Dani Arens of Crofton, Megan Becker of Southern Valley, Se'erre Fantroy (formerly Lincoln Northeast) of Lincoln Southwest, Cara Gustafson of Gretna, Aleece Kastanek of Crete, Riley Kremlacek of Yutan, Monica Laune of Ashland-Greenwood, Kaitlin Petri of Kearney Catholic, Amy Pleskac of Wahoo Bishop Neumann, Kendra Schomer of Madison, and Talisa Krejci of Exeter Milligan.  Upcoming tournaments include the River City Roundup in Omaha June 18th-20th, Cornhusker Shooting Stars Tourney in Lincoln June 25th-27th, End of the Trail in Portland, Oregon July 8th-11th, Southeast National Championships in Memphis, TN July 17th-20th, Adidas Mid-America Championships in Minneapolis July 25th-27th, and the AAU Junior Olympics in Des Moines July 27th-31st.

Our focus is to provide live and local high school sports coverage in and for the area of Lincoln, Nebraska that you can rarely find at any other outlet.  Internet radio broadcasting has been influential in sports coverage for over five years, but none have focused on athletics at the high school level in the Lincoln area.  We provide a source of information for people who have children competing in boys or girls athletics, booster club members, fans, administrators and alumni of Lincoln area schools.   Our reach is to the family with student athletes who are loyal to academics, advertiser and community.
