October 29 The Benson Bunnies faced #1 Millard West at Buell Stadium Thursday night in a 0-35 loss for Benson. The Benson offense was unable to get on track in the game as the defense held the Wildcats to two touchdowns after the first quarter. Benson wraps up the regular season hosting Papillion LaVista South next Thursday night. October 16 Omaha Benson lost 0-7 to Omaha South in Friday night's defensive battle at Berquist Stdium. The Omaha Benson defense held the Packer offense scoreless through three quarters Friday night, but the offense was unable to capitalize against South in the defensive battle.    Omaha Benson will visit Millard West on Thursday night at Buell Stadium. ***** October 9 Omaha Benson faced #3 Creighton Prep in Friday night's 0-35 loss. Omaha Benson defense held the Junior Jays scoreless in the second half as the offense tried to get on track against a strong Creighton Prep defense. Omaha Benson will visit Omaha South Friday night. *****October 2 Omaha Benson faced a tough Bellevue East team Friday night in a 7-28 loss in Bellevue. The Bunnies were held scoreless until the fourth quarter when Saunsoci connected with Sulivan on a 7-yard pass. Omaha Benson was held to 130 yard in the game and lost five of nine fumbles. Omaha Benson will host Creighton Prep Friday night. ******** September 24 The Benson Bunnies stayed even with Omaha Central through the first quarter with a 14-all score at the end of the quarter. The Benson offense was unable to score again until the fourth quarter when Sullivan scored on a 32 yard pass from Vollmer ending the game in 42-21 loss to Omaha Central. Omaha Benson travels to Bellevue East for Friday night's game. *******September 18   Omaha Benson lost 38-0 to a strong defensive Omaha North team. Coach Lonnie Tapp remains optimistic with the play of a very young Bunnie team and expects the offense to come together as the season progresses.  Benson played strong defense especially in the second half allowing North to score only 7 points in the second half. Benson hosts Lincoln Northeast on Friday night. --- 9-17 Omaha Benson won the second half, but lost its 3rd straight game, falling to Lincoln Northeast, 44-19. The Bunnies scored 3 consecutive touchdowns, one on a 16 yard fumble recovery, but couldn't overcome a 37-nothing halftime deficit.
