6/02/04--After a highly successful high school baseball campaign that saw the Antlers earn a state title berth, Coach Jerry Frerichs is ready to take on an ambitious Legion schedule that includes games with Pinnacle Bank(Papillion Lavista, Moline, Illinois(Road Kill invitational) Westside(World Series Invitational) Others on the slate include Lincoln Southeast, Lincoln East, Norfolk and Blair. Districts start July 19th with the state meet taking place July 30th. The all class playoff is set for August 6th, and there's a strong possibility the Elkhorn seniors will be involved.
