Omaha Gross, expected to score through the air with its new West Coast offense, relied on the ground game instead and turned back Omaha Roncalli, 26-7. The Pride were victimized by 5 turnovers. Mike Mcvay rushed for 65 yards, and scored 3 touchdowns to spark the Cougars. Gross, now  3-0 on the year, gets this week off before facing Beatrice on the Cougars home field on the 25th.
